OTA IMSI Configuration System

When the subscriber switches the phone on for the first time, the phone’s connection to the network is detected by the Temporary IMSI (T-IMSI) which will be reconfigured by CONSIX and eventually it will complete the process of resource allocation and provisioning.
Gateway Mobile Location Center (GMLC)
